Hope Stafford handled the sale of our son Colin's home. Colin died suddenly and unexpectedly in February 2022. My wife Carol and I have been devastated ever since. I am Colin's personal representative in probate. We knew we had to sell Colin's house in Denver, but we also found it emotionally painful to do so. Hope took over and made the entire process as painless as possible for us. She advised us on the market and listed the house listed. The market had sharply turned down with the fast increase in interest rates. I thought it would take many months to sell, or that we would have to cut the asking price drastically. But it sold in about 2 months and at $665,000, just $25,000 below are $690,000 list price in a declining market. Hope arranged everything about the sale of the house, from cleaning to staging to taking care of the disposal of Colin's furniture, which would have been very difficult for Carol and me to do. We live in Illinois, about 1,000 miles from Denver. Hope arranged everything so that Carol and I did not need to make another sad trip to Denver. Hope has a bright, positive personality, she is easy to work with, she is conscientious, and she communicates well. I give her the highest rating possible.
