Hope was always there, answered my calls, called back quickly even when on her vacation. She helped me deal with lenders, agents & everything else I was supposed to do ASAP. She was raised in Denver and knows the community well. She was wise in recommending or not recommending different properties and communities. Because I live out of town, she went on all of the inspections and sent me detailed notes with good recommendations on how the inspections went. Thank the lord she understands the paper work because I sure don't. Thank you Hope for all you did to help me and my daughter through this life changing experience.

Atom helped us navigate move to Colorado from out of state and he was so helpful through the entire process! Hope took on an unorthodox project, working with our Colorado Special District to sell our property. Because it was an unusual property, and difficult to appraise, we were't sure what kind of price we'd get but Hope and Dossie's creative marketing, knowledge of the neighborhood, great connections and perseverance resulted in a wildly successful open house which yielded many offers above the asking price. They stuck with us for many months while we tried to figure out our best options, even when we weren't sure we even wanted to put it on the market. Sue Butler is everything and more that you could want in a realtor! She’s extremely knowledgeable with the market, offers advice when needed but doesn’t ever make you feel pressured into a decision. We put our house on the market just as interest rates were starting to increase and the “sellers market” in Castle Rock was cooling off. So Sue’s experience was invaluable throughout the process, plus she is such a fun person to work with! She’s incredibly responsive and was available anytime we needed her via text, phone calls, and for showings. She’s also a great person to have on your side throughout the offer/inspection process, making sure you’re informed every step of the way. And she has a multitude of vendor recommendations with any issue that might need to be addressed with selling your home. Overall, Sue is seriously amazing and we can’t say enough good things about her! We’ve worked with a few other realtors in the past, that don’t come close to Sue’s skill set. Highly recommend her and so grateful to have had her help in our selling and buying journey!
