One of the biggest stresses of my life was apparent when imagining the journey to buy my first home. ALL of that quickly went away after I had the pleasure of meeting with Joanna to begin my search for a home for my family. Her knowledge of the industry and what to expect put both my wife's and my minds at ease instantly. Always willing and ready to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire process made buying our first home together a breeze, and a lot more enjoyable than stressful. She immediately showed her obvious experience with customer service and an unmatched pride in her work, by truly listening to what we were looking for in a home, and gave us multiple options to choose from. She was very flexible with times to go look at houses we wanted to see, and always showed up with such a glowing positive attitude, that it was immediately infectious to make my wife and I even more exited about making this a reality. I've worked in customer service involved jobs throughout my life, and can honestly say that Miss Galvan has a genuine and truly impressive loyalty to her clients. The only thing disappointing about this review is that I can only give her 5 stars. If you are looking for a realtor to not only do the job effectively and efficiently, but one that makes the journey to find a new home enjoyable, then Joanna is definitely someone you want in your corner.

Deanna was an amazing realtor and POC for anything we needed or had questions with in the process of selling our home. She made the entire journey easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. We didn't expect to have such a good experience in moving (nobody likes moving), but she made it wonderful. Highly recommend Deanna for anybody considering buying or selling in the future!

As my first time selling a house I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from potential sellers. I wanted to be very transparent throughout the process, and on my behalf Theresa was able to display my wishes clearly and effectively to buyers’ agents. She also coached me through the entire process, but I felt like every decision was my own and not pressured on me. She fought for my wants and needs and advocated for my best interest the whole time.

I guess I will just cover the major points. Very knowledgeable about the market and provided an answer to every question we had. Offered. Great insight and suggestions that helped us achieve our goal. Constant communication with detailed information helped make decision making that much easier. If you need a realtor in the Denver market, Deanna Hass will exceed every one of your expectations. I was hesitant to list my home in the Fall, thinking most buyers purchase in the Spring/Summer. Deanna shared purchase data and rationale that made me feel comfortable listing in late September. She helped 'stage' my house with decorative items that made the house show like a model home. It was just 4 shorts weeks later, and I had 2 very competitive offers on my house! Deanna saved me thousands by not waiting until the Spring! Trust her, call her and use her! You'll be so glad you did!

Helped us from start to finish. Provided us with knowledgeable direction and information to get our house on the market and priced correctly to get max value out of our house. With this proper preparation we sold our house in 2 days and over asking price. Communication was excellent, she made herself available for showings and always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. We would use her again as our realtor.
