Leslie is the best to work with. I feel truly lucky that I had her throughout my first home buying experience. She was very patient with me and flexible as I didn’t really know what I was looking for. I was very indecisive so we toured everything from cabins in the woods to condos in Denver over the span of 1.5 years. She was always able to meet with my work schedule and was prepared with information about that place and neighborhood that aided in narrowing down what I actually wanted and ultimately buying a home. She has great attention to detail and would highlight things in our tours that could potentially be a warning sign for future costs or maintenance fees. Communication was made easy as she is open to calls, texts, and in person meetups. She has a lot of experience in the area and was able to recommend other experts for home inspections, mortgage lending, etc. This was a bonus for me as it reduced the amount of research time I had to do on my own. There is definitely a benefit to working with her as she had access to more homes that would show earlier and more accurately than what is made public like on Zillow. A lot of times, a couple days would make or break being able to even view or put an offer in. I learned a lot through Leslie, and I highly recommend to anyone working with her. She is very easy to work with, always stays positive, and is really knowledgeable of the Denver surrounding area, market trends, and the whole home buying process that it really took off a lot of stress. I’m comfortable now in my new home (thank you Leslie), but she will be my first call if I ever need to move or look more into real estate.
