We brought Ray on board while planning a new build purchase. He was very helpful from the beginning giving insight in to the local market, which he knows very well, and helping us look at a lot of different options including existing homes. Ultimately we did a new build and he was by our side through all of the contracting. It was our first time going through this process and he was very helpful at every step making sure we understood and got things done at the right times for a successful transaction. It was really reassuring to have him on the team to make sure we handled things correctly. When there were concerns to address with the builder along the way he was also very helpful. Overall Ray is just a fantastic guy, very knowledgeable and experienced, always very accessible and responsive, and I’m really glad we had his representation during our build and purchase.
