Above and Beyond our expectations. Before, During, and After Purchase process. Communication exc.
Katrina worked very hard to address and negotiate all of our concerns and expectations. We bought property site unseen with confidence of having been there. Always available to assist in every facet of the process. Even met with contractor post closing to get Radon system installed. Walked us through all contract and closing documents. Felt with a somewhat challenging seller/seller agent to address all issues with utmost professionalism. Best agent we have worked with to date. We highly recommended Katrina to anyone looking to purchase property in this market.
