Bill went above and beyond selling my house and finding me another one to buy. On the sale side, he put me in touch with a concrete repair company, painter, plumber, and hired a cleaning crew to get the house ready for showings. He also hired a drown company and a photographer to take pictures. Once the house sold, he helped on moving day and helped get exercise equipment out of the basement as well as getting unwanted furniture picked up by a junk removal company. On the sale side, Bill understood my fears and desires and found me the perfect place! Now, after four months, he is still going to bat for me with the HOA to get them to understand that I don't owe a bill prior to me buying the property.
