Darcy is an excellent realtor, she covers all the bases.

We really enjoyed working with Darcy. She works really hard to find you what you're looking for. She pays attention to the details which alleviates a lot of stress for the client. She worked with us for 6 months and left no stones unturned. Always actively looking for us and willing to show us any property in a timely manner. We did several contracts that didn't pan out but she stuck in there until the end and found the best house for last. She also has an awesome personality, so it was an all around win win for us.

Doug and Kaylin did a wonderful job helping us find our dream home at the ocean.

We purchased the house remotely so Doug took extra steps to guide us through the process. He dealt with the inspection, provided extra assistance with the details of the new house, and gave us useful information about our new community. He always responded promptly with any questions or concerns we had. When he wasn’t available, his associate Kaylin Culver stepped in and did a wonderful job! They were a great team and I would recommend them to anyone needing to sell or buy a home on the Long Beach peninsula!

Great communication, quick to respond

We used Crystal Neprud as our realtor for selling our home in Ocean Park. She was professional, kind, thoughtful, communicative and had a great knowledge of the step by step process for a home sale. She got our home a lot of exposure and kept us informed at every turn. She was very knowledgeable about the process and the area itself. We would definitely use her again if the need should arise.

Responsive, market-knowledgeable, fair and kind

Crystal was a pleasure to work with on our Ocean Park purchase. She knows the local market well, inclusive of county regulations, and communicated promptly, clearly and fairly throughout our shopping and buying process. If I were to buy (or sell) another house on the peninsula, Crystal would be my first choice of agent to work with again.
