Marianne negotiated a very tough deal in order to get our house. We closed escrow on previous home just as inventory levels dropped off. So although the market was depressed, any houses that cam available found themselves in a bidding war. Marianne's local knowledge and relationships with other Realtor's was very beneficial success. Marianne is very down home and as honest as a person you will find. Working with her made the entire experience easier. I would definitely call on her again when the time comes to find another home.
