Jennifer represented both the seller, initially, and then we, the buyers. We felt she had our best interests at heart the entire proceedings and did not favor one side over the other. She was in communication with us at all times; often challenging with 4 co-signers on our buyers' end. Jennifer handled it all with ease, knowledge, and assurance. She was prompt with any concern we might have or any problem that arose. She was on top of all aspects of the purchase at all times. There was never a time when we wondered how everything was proceeding. We felt completely comfortable in her handling our purchase and know that we did very well at closing; no regrets whatsoever. We couldn't be happier with our experience purchasing a home with Jennifer's help. She works extremely hard for those she represents.
