I was a nervous wreck selling our first home BUT she made it so easy. She answered every phone call, every question, she constantly checked up on us to make sure we were okay and understood the next step. She has this bright smile about her that lights up any room she enters. Not only was she kind to us but my son opened up to her instantly which isn’t a common thing with an almost one year old at the time! We came upon Amerie as a surprise! We weren't actively looking for a home but showed up to one of her open houses. For the first time in meeting a real estate agent, she took an interest in my husband and me. She asked questions and shared the information of first-time homeowners that she knew off hand. She then recommended we speak to a lender, and this is were our dream started to become a reality. Throughout the whole buying experience, Amerie was available and honest with my husband and I. She made recommendations and guided us through the process as this was our first purchase. Amerie is not your typical real estate agent. She wholeheartedly cares about her clients and their needs. WE HAVE SOLD MANY HOMES OVER THE YEARS HOWEVER, NEVER HAVE WE HAD A REALTOR TO EVEN COME CLOSE TO JENNIFER. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING THAT WE EXPECTED. SHE NOT ONLY MARKETED OUR HOME CONSTANTLY INCLUDING OPEN HOUSES. IF FACT SHE SOLD OUR HOME AT ONE OF HER OPEN HOUSES. SHE THEN SOLD OUR BUYERS HOME AS WELL. WHEN THERE WERE COMPLICATIONS SHE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO OVERCOME THEM. WE MOVED OUT OF THE HOME HAVING BOUGHT ANOTHER SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE THE SALE WENT THROUGH, SHE WATERED PLANTS AND TOOK CARE OF THE HOUSE IN OUR ABSENCE.
