This is the second time we are working with Jennifer and we continue to be so grateful to have been recommended her as our realtor! Jennifer gets 5 stars for all of the professional aspects of her job: communication style, knowledge of markets, contracts, real estate bidding, and all of the other things that make for a wonderful realtor, but I wanted to be sure and share the things that Jennifer does that make her a stand out in our minds. Jennifer gives generously of her free time. Whether in person or over the phone, I have never felt rushed to finish our conversations and her advice has always felt genuine. Most importantly, she provides us ample time to vent when things don't go our way, but also clear and actionable next steps so we never feel lost. And when a string of buyers gave us some major bumps in the road she helped keep our little ship afloat with some much needed encouragement and positivity. That's not how someone who works for you acts, that's how family acts. Jennifer keeps up and checks in with our family even when we aren't currently selling or buying real estate. Amerie was the real estate agent of my dreams! I happened upon her as the listing agent representing the seller. As a first time buyer, I knew nothing about the process. During the whole process Jen was on top of it communicating with us. Giving us options and walking us through the home buying process. Which was a lot for first time home buyers. Her negotiation skills were great getting us extra credits and she also kicked us back part of her commission to help us out. Which I know is not something normally done. Overall great experience and couldn’t recommend a better realtor than Jen.
