I have been dealing with Tim now for a few years. We started with him buying property in Sun Lakes Banning CA. And he recently helped my father and I sell a cabin in Big Bear CA. He is very good at what he does. At this point I/We would not use another agent. They only gave me a five star rating. They should have given us a ten star rating to make the selection from.
