Jennifer gives generously of her free time. Whether in person or over the phone, I have never felt rushed to finish our conversations and her advice has always felt genuine. Most importantly, she provides us ample time to vent when things don't go our way, but also clear and actionable next steps so we never feel lost. And when a string of buyers gave us some major bumps in the road she helped keep our little ship afloat with some much needed encouragement and positivity. That's not how someone who works for you acts, that's how family acts. Jennifer keeps up and checks in with our family even when we aren't currently selling or buying real estate. We get fun holiday shout outs, our children get birthday cards, and we get occasional calendars, magnets, and other fun promotional items that are always appreciated. Most importantly, Jennifer has given our family two of the most thoughtful gifts in remembrance of buying and selling our first home. We cherish these items and they help keep these moments in our minds and hearts. That's not something your team does for you, that's what family does.
