Jennifer Hultquist helped us buy a home in San Diego in a hot sellers market. She made our offer standout and it was accepted in 24 hours and the home closed escrow in 20 days. Jennifer was helpful and patient during the search for a home with our criteria. Once found she arranged all the necessary inspections and helped facilitate expediting the paperwork and steps in the buying process to complete escrow. She is always there to answer and deal with any questions or concerns. Jennifer is professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We are very thankful that she was our buyers agent. We absolutely recommend her to represent anyone as a buyers or sellers agent. You won’t be able to find anyone better than Jennifer Hultquist to buy or sell your home.-Janice and Todd

In our search for a Southern California home, we not only found the consummate professional, but an entrusted friend in Jennifer Hultquist. AKA "The Tall Gal," Jenn found us our forever home in Menifee, CA. Our March '24 closing followed an extensive search, hours on the phone, 100's of texts and emails, and a lot of shared wisdom and guidance. Jennifer proved to be an exceptional realtor, and best of all, a genuine friend. We highly recommend Jennifer Hultquist to anyone looking for a realtor that will make you priority #1.

Linda and I used Jennifer Hultquist for both a recent home purchase and separate home sale, both in Murrieta. Jennifer assisted us greatly during the home purchase, keeping the relations friendly with the seller, keeping the escrow process moving along, and providing value in helping us resolve any snags along the way. For the home sale, she closely monitored all potential buyers, and met them at the house whenever feasible. She also assisted me with some snags during the inspection period and helped us resolve issues with a minimum of stress. She is a first class, quality Realtor. We recommend her highly.

Maria helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She took all of our “must haves” into consideration. With her experience and knowledge of the area, she found exactly what we wanted and made it happen within our budget. She was accessible throughout the process and happy to help. I would highly recommend Maria because we felt she really cared about us and took the time to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way.

I have been dealing with Tim now for a few years. We started with him buying property in Sun Lakes Banning CA. And he recently helped my father and I sell a cabin in Big Bear CA. He is very good at what he does. At this point I/We would not use another agent. They only gave me a five star rating. They should have given us a ten star rating to make the selection from.

Jennifer Hultquist is simply the best realtor you could ever have! She has extensive knowledge of all things about real estate and of Greer Ranch, where our house was located. Jennifer explained and answered all of our questions and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. You won’t find a kinder or more professional real estate agent when you decide to buy or sell a house.

I’ve served with Jerry in the Marine Corps prior to my home buying experience. Jerry completely exceeded in every aspect as my real estate agent. He continuously went the extra mile through the entire process. Being that this was my first home purchase, I needed a real estate agent that I could trust. Jerry was the perfect pick to accomplish the job and take care of my family. He’s a perfectionist in capturing every detail in home buying. He never skipped a beat and made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable! If you’re looking for a real estate agent…look no further, Jerry is your guy and he won’t disappoint. I will be returning to Jerry in future home purchases.

Jennifer Hultquist is simply the BEST! From the initial start of marketing our home in Greer Ranch, located in Murrieta, to closing escrow, she was there every step of the way. We chose Jennifer over other Realtors because of her education and experience in Real Estate. It is obvious that she is very capable of working around the many issues that come up when selling a home and she will offer options to help you make an appropriate decision. We know first hand that Jennifer attends housing seminars/clinics to stay on top of current market trends which led us to get the most amount for our home. If you want positive results in a reasonable amount of time, Jennifer would make it possible for you to achieve your Real Estate goals.
