We came upon Amerie as a surprise! We weren't actively looking for a home but showed up to one of her open houses. For the first time in meeting a real estate agent, she took an interest in my husband and me. She asked questions and shared the information of first-time homeowners that she knew off hand. She then recommended we speak to a lender, and this is were our dream started to become a reality. Throughout the whole buying experience, Amerie was available and honest with my husband and I. She made recommendations and guided us through the process as this was our first purchase. Amerie is not your typical real estate agent. She wholeheartedly cares about her clients and their needs. She always kept my husband and me in the loop and always supported what we decided. Amerie has made buying our first home a memorable experience we will never forget. I worked in the office with Jennifer Hultquist and was always impressed with her professionalism, integrity, and work ethic. I was even more impressed with her after choosing her as our realtor. She was far and away the best experience with a realtor we’ve had. She was honest and direct, and we valued that. She used an intelligent marketing strategy, and she worked tirelessly to sell out home. We had an unpleasant experience with our previous realtor and felt a little burned by his lack of integrity and inadequate efforts. I was very nervous because we had some bad experiences with another realtor and lender, but Joyce and Dawn definitely exceeded my expectations. I though by doing a VA loan it would be very complicated and very time consuming but they made it so stress free I actually was surprised on how easy it was. I love my new place and anyone that mentions that they are thinking about buying or selling their home will definitely will get Joyce name and phone number. I have nothing to complain about how Joyce was able to handle our situation I am not the easiest person to deal with but Joyce is amazing. Thank you very much Joyce for all your help.
