I recently had a house that we were trying to short sale. There was a lot of ups and downs and issues that arose during this time and Marianne showed her dedication and drive and never gave up. She is very responsive and any questions you may have and she takes all the work out of selling a house. She consistently followed through with me and was always available for any questions I had. She does it all and includes you only when you need to be included, which means she works so hard to make the selling of a home to be painless for me. Being a short sale, we had a couple of times when things/buyers fell through, none of it her fault. When I was ready to give up, she made everything work and found another buyer and we were able to sell the house. I believe 100% in her abilities and her determination to make a deal. I was given her name from a friend and she made all the hard work easy. She works well with Nora in her office who also helped to make everything run smooth. They are a GREAT team.

We met Jennifer by pure chance when we decided to visit an open house she was holding. From that point on, we cannot emphasize how wonderful EVERYTHING is that she does. Jennifer is exactly what we wanted in a real estate agent: honest, picky, looks out for you, fair, knows her job, is professional and is the complete package. We ended up working with her to buy our new home (she was the listing agent and also was our agent) as well as selling our current home. Joyce was very polite and professional through the whole home buying process. This was the first home that we have bought and she was very patient and understanding the whole time. She walked us through each step and made sure we knew what we were doing before we did it. We both have crazy work schedules and she accommodated the times we were available. We were nervous to work with someone we did not know but from start to finish she made us very comfortable. She was very quick to answer all of our questions and there was never a time that we were waiting on her to get back to us. We would absolutely recommend her to friends and family!
