Joyce was very polite and professional through the whole home buying process. This was the first home that we have bought and she was very patient and understanding the whole time. She walked us through each step and made sure we knew what we were doing before we did it. We both have crazy work schedules and she accommodated the times we were available. We were nervous to work with someone we did not know but from start to finish she made us very comfortable. She was very quick to answer all of our questions and there was never a time that we were waiting on her to get back to us. We would absolutely recommend her to friends and family! Jennifer represented both the seller, initially, and then we, the buyers. We felt she had our best interests at heart the entire proceedings and did not favor one side over the other. She was in communication with us at all times; often challenging with 4 co-signers on our buyers' end. Jennifer handled it all with ease, knowledge, and assurance.
