"Maria took the time to see over 40 houses with us. She is patient and thorough. Maria was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer most of my questions immediately. Maria made buying a home the opposite of the nightmare I was warned about by friends and family. All great experiences here. Couldn't have asked for more. Fantastic service."

Jennifer was wonderful during the process of selling our home. We had many twists and turns and she guided us through all of them with class and dignity.

"Jennifer will always be our Realtor. We connected with her very quickly when buying a home due to relocation from out of state. We established a high level of trust from the start. She does what she says she will do, and then some. Jennifer is the most thorough Realtor we have come to know and has a high level of integrity. She holds herself accountable as well as the other Realtors involved. We highly recommend Jennifer as she will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Her communication, personal and professional skills are exceptional. She brings enthusiasm, expertise, and high level of knowledge to the real estate process. Whether you are buying or selling Jennifer makes sure the process runs smoothly and covers all the bases to minimize this stressful time. Facing another out of state relocation, Jennifer just helped us sell our house quickly and over asking price!! Jennifer Hultquist stands tall in our minds."

Jennifer was great to work with and helped us through every step of the process. She recommended a great stager company to help stage our house for sale, she recommended Estate Planners to help sell most of our furniture to help with the move. She gave us a beautiful painting of our house that we will keep forever. Can't say enough.

I worked with Maria Speed at the start of Covid and during a difficult time in my own life. She went above and beyond and I ended up with my dream deal/buyer. I feel fortunate to have connected with her and feel like I was treated like a family member. It doesn't get any better than that!

"Maria Speed did a great job selling or house! Maria was very helpful as we were getting our house ready to sell, guiding us on what was important to potential buyers and working with us on the timeline of getting the house on the market. She constantly updated us with comps in the area as the value of our house was increasing on a regular basis. The house appraised and sold almost exactly as Maria had anticipated."

This is our second home purchased with Marianne. I highly recommend due to her attention to detail and availability. Over the years she have given us nothing but excellent guidance and counseling on our journey. A true one of a kind realtor and friend!

"Ron and I had met Maria at an open house a little over a year ago, when we were just looking at houses. We explained to her that we weren't exactly ready to buy, but just considering. Maria was very attentive to our situation, and asked lots questions about what we wanted and what we hoped to find. We took her card and went our way. It wasn't until about a year later that we were ready to buy, and we made sure to hold on to Maria's card until that time. We believed that our prior encounter with her made us certain that she was who we wanted to work with. We are happy that we chose her!! In all of the "hands on" tasks that Maria handled for us, she was very thorough and didn't mind answering all of our questions. In tasks that were not "hands on", she made sure that we understood what was going on, and kept us up to date on the process. We could not have asked for a better agent!! After showing us MANY homes, Maria helped to locate the one we fell in love with!! In our eyes, the experience could not have gone any better. We look forward to the opportunity to recommend Maria and Century 21 Preferred to any of our friends and family. And the Concierge service was Awesome!! Many thanks to you all!!"
