It was amazing how empathic she was with learning the ends and outs of paperwork but all in all she spent a lot of time with us and learning our wants and needs in our first home together!!! Jennifer represented both the seller, initially, and then we, the buyers. We felt she had our best interests at heart the entire proceedings and did not favor one side over the other. She was in communication with us at all times; often challenging with 4 co-signers on our buyers' end. Jennifer handled it all with ease, knowledge, and assurance. She was prompt with any concern we might have or any problem that arose. She was on top of all aspects of the purchase at all times. Marianne negotiated a very tough deal in order to get our house. We closed escrow on previous home just as inventory levels dropped off. So although the market was depressed, any houses that cam available found themselves in a bidding war. Marianne's local knowledge and relationships with other Realtor's was very beneficial success. Marianne is very down home and as honest as a person you will find. Working with her made the entire experience easier. I would definitely call on her again when the time comes to find another home.
