We started at a very limited inventory market on 2023, but that didn't stop Ricardo from showing us what we could afford in our price range. He listened and was always available for showings and would find out about the property. He would give us his honest opinion about a property's location, price and condition but he would always say "this is my opinion but this is your decision" and to be honest after talking to him we would make an informed decision. And finally we found a house that checked all the boxes for our family.

We started 2 years ago on the search for a home for small family of 3 ,it is not easy to begin ups and downs different things coming up in order to get a good loan we decide to switch realtor and Ricardo was the one at the moment we started talking about our plans everything connected very well , we saw several houses that I lost the count, all his team including the loan team where very helpful specifically to us as 1st time home buyers they provided us with all the tools to make this more smoothly, it was like we know Ricardo from a long time he was always in contact with us no matter what time,so to make it short we finally got our home after a couple attempts we did it ,thanks to Ricardo and his team that work hard to get our keys to the place we call now HOME🏠...
