Ricardo is such a great professional, he found my property and guided me through the whole process, step by step and assisted me in each aspect. His knowledge about the area where i wanted to look for properties were on point, suggesting the properties that suited my criteria. Ricardo's promptly responsiveness is perhaps the best asset that you want to get from your realtor. He responded right away whenever i had a question or comment that wasn't clear for me. This is one of the biggest transactions that i will do in my life, i needed someone that i can trust to make sure that the process was going smoothly, and he really made it smooth all the way to the end. Ricardo Velarde is mi agent for life, and already has helped many of my friends and family to achieve the dream of buying the right home. Sergio

Ricardo not only found us our perfect home. He made this experience super easy, by listening to what we wanted in a home. Showed us homes from Chula Vista to Escondido. Always on time and very professional by the time our appointment to see a home, he knew facts about a house and area. He’s not only our number one realtor but a trust friend we can refer to our family and friends with out hesitation.
