Ricardo is an incredibly knowledgeable professional who truly knows how to guide clients through the complexities of home buying. I am sure that navigating this market can be incredibly anxious with agents who simply regurgitate information, but Ricardo takes the time to thoroughly walk you through every step. Beyond his sharp technical expertise, his warm personality and genuine desire to serve his clients stand out above all else. He consistently checked in on our readiness and always did his absolute best to accommodate us, whether we had one house or ten houses to tour on a weekend. Whenever we found a property we liked, he was lightning-fast to reach out to the listing agents and gather key insights for us. After being outbid on a few homes we thought were "the one," my wife and I grew discouraged and impatient. We asked Ricardo to pivot to townhomes instead of single-family homes. He listened intently, walked us through the new process, and was completely ready to switch gears, but he gently encouraged us to take a day or two to reflect. He reminded us that "patience is key."
