This is the second time we are working with Jennifer and we continue to be so grateful to have been recommended her as our realtor! Jennifer gets 5 stars for all of the professional aspects of her job: communication style, knowledge of markets, contracts, real estate bidding, and all of the other things that make for a wonderful realtor, but I wanted to be sure and share the things that Jennifer does that make her a stand out in our minds. Jennifer gives generously of her free time. Whether in person or over the phone, I have never felt rushed to finish our conversations and her advice has always felt genuine. Most importantly, she provides us ample time to vent when things don't go our way, but also clear and actionable next steps so we never feel lost. And when a string of buyers gave us some major bumps in the road she helped keep our little ship afloat with some much needed encouragement and positivity. That's not how someone who works for you acts, that's how family acts. Jennifer keeps up and checks in with our family even when we aren't currently selling or buying real estate. We get fun holiday shout outs, our children get birthday cards, and we get occasional calendars, magnets, and other fun promotional items that are always appreciated. Most importantly, Jennifer has given our family two of the most thoughtful gifts in remembrance of buying and selling our first home.
