Angel was absolutely amazing. Being a military family, we have moved all over and bought and sold multiple homes. Angel Ramirez and her team made the experience incredibly easy and were the most communicative and on the spot weve had. Ricardo is an incredibly knowledgeable professional who truly knows how to guide clients through the complexities of home buying. I am sure that navigating this market can be incredibly anxious with agents who simply regurgitate information, but Ricardo takes the time to thoroughly walk you through every step. Beyond his sharp technical expertise, his warm personality and genuine desire to serve his clients stand out above all else. He consistently checked in on our readiness and always did his absolute best to accommodate us, whether we had one house or ten houses to tour on a weekend. Whenever we found a property we liked, he was lightning-fast to reach out to the listing agents and gather key insights for us. After being outbid on a few homes we thought were "the one," my wife and I grew discouraged and impatient. We asked Ricardo to pivot to townhomes instead of single-family homes. He listened intently, walked us through the new process, and was completely ready to switch gears, but he gently encouraged us to take a day or two to reflect. He reminded us that "patience is key." Taking his advice, we gave it one more shot that very night and found our home. As we began the bidding process again, Ricardo kept us grounded while aggressively working behind the scenes, doing his due diligence and constantly engaging with the seller’s agent. Ultimately, his proactive approach and constant communication gave the sellers total confidence in us, securing our offer over slightly higher bids. Thanks to Ricardo and his team, including Mirna Rios, we closed within 20 days with negotiated seller credits and repairs included. We couldn't recommend him more highly. If you want someone who will give you an honest attempt at finding exactly what you need and settling for nothing less than, Ricardo is your agent.
