Bought and sold a Condo home in 2026 in Otay ranch, Chula vista, CA. Mae was a patient, persistent realtor that helped us sell and buy a home during an uncertain market. Mae’s friendliness and professionalism kept us inspired and involved. She has many connections to other colleagues that helped us get started and ultimately to get our dream home. She helped us meet moving deadlines, encouraged us to make changes to improve the marketability of our home, and stayed positive when it seemed overwhelming. She is responsible and gets things done immediately.

This is my second time, or is it technically my 4th time working with Mae? She helped me find my very first home in 2011, helped me sell that home in 2017. Towards the end of 2017, she was my agent when I purchased my brand new townhouse and just two weeks ago she helped me to sell that home, as well. Hopefully very soon, she will be helping my husband and I purchase our home, together. Mae is very good at responding back in a timely manner, even when she is on vacation, on the other side of the world! I have sent her millions of annoying texts with questions and concerns and through it all she remains professional, never loses her patience with me and helps to calm me down. Mae even reached out to ask if there’s anything I needed to make my move an easier experience, like bringing me moving boxes, providing me with referrals, etc. Any time she was unavailable to show me a listing, she worked with someone on her team to arrange for one of them to show me a property. We’re not done yet…. :)

I can’t say enough great things about Mae. This was our first time buying a house and she was so helpful during the whole process. Anytime we needed anything she went above and beyond expectations. Thank you so much for your kindness and loyalty. Can’t wait to work together in the future
