My wife and I recently bought a house, and Ricardo made the whole process a lot easier. He was patient, easy to talk to, and always available when we had questions. He stayed on top of everything, explained things clearly, and helped us get a good rate. We’re really glad we worked with him and would recommend him to friends and family.

My partner and I started looking at homes casually, it never crossed our minds that we would end up finding our forever home in less than 3 months! Ricky did an amazing job at guiding us and providing advice throughout the process. He made the search and the purchasing process very seamless. Ricky's drive and commitment to his clients is amazing. I will definitely be recommending Ricky to my friends and family.

Ricardo is the absolute best! We spent six months searching for the perfect home in Carlsbad—one of the toughest markets in San Diego—and he never once lost his patience, positivity, or sense of humor. Even after a couple of offers didn’t work out, he kept me motivated and always had a plan. Thanks to Ricardo’s persistence and expertise, I finally landed my dream home. I’d recommend him 1000%!

We were first time homebuyers and honestly had no idea what we were doing. We met Sarai looking at a home she was representing and immediately offered to help us find our dream home. She answered every question quickly, reminded us of things we needed to get done and most importantly explained every thing in detail about what was coming up next. She kept us on track and did a lot of research for us. She was supportive of our wants and needs and made us feel so comfortable with every step. Also wasn’t scared to fight for what we wanted! If we decide to buy another home later on we will be contacting her again!

Everything went seamlessly from start to finish. Sarai was so helpful and went out of her way to assist in getting the property sold. So efficient.
