Ricardo Velarde was referred to me by a good friend of mine. I wanted to start looking into buying a house but was a little bit timid to fully go through with everything due to lack of confidence of my knowledge about the market. When I sat down with Ricardo on our first appointment he gave me a full in depth overview of the process of buying a house along with answering every question I had about homes along with a good budget for a first home (I had a lot lol) and finally making my decision to fully go through to start looking at homes. Throughout the process of visiting homes he gave me a second opinion of whether we felt the price was right for what I was getting for the home and recommended a good amount of homes that got my interest.
