She even got us the appraised market value price. VA Home loan is no problem. She needed to get more, so she found a way. Most buyers at the time paid 50 to 100,000 more than asking price. Our house went 20,000 under asking; how you ask it was all her experience and expertise in the art of the deal. When it was time to sell (military transfer), she knew our deadline and exceeded it with over 100 competitors (houses) and one less than a block away with a $5k difference on their end. She did whatever she had to sell our home, from door knocking in 100-degree weather to open houses every weekend, even in the high 90s weather in Ramona; she was nonstop. When the offer came, she delivered through her proven expertise of the market and ensured we got the best deal possible. She closed on our home with a 21 day escrow, no concession and the buyer didn't ask for one repair! It was truly amazing watching a skilled craftsman perform her craft and enjoy the process.
