We had an amazing experience with Ricardo buying our new home as first-time home buyers as we had no idea where to start. He was so patient and friendly answering all of our questions and explaining everything every step of the way even after he handed us keys to our new home. He is truely an amazing person and would recommend him to anyone with out a doubt.

As a first-time home buyer, I was looking for an agent that is reliable, punctual, communicative, and helpful ... Marie is all of those things AND MORE! She helped my husband and me through the entire home-buying process and reassured us through all of the lender hiccups. She is the definition of a hard-working woman and I am so glad I chose to work with her.

With the competitive market, searching for a home in SD is rough. If you are looking to buy a property, I would recommend Ricardo! When we 1st started looking for a house in SD, it was a struggle. We finally decided to ask Ricky to help us and we are so glad we did! Ricky is extremely reliable & knowledgeable, he made sure to answer any questions we had. Right before Christmas, our offer was accepted and Ricky made the process run smoothly. We are extremely happy with our new home! Thank you Ricky for all your help.

Working with Ricardo Velarde to sell my home has been a great experience. Ricardo is very knowledgeable about the local housing market and trends. He helped me understand the home-selling process, what to expect and my responsibilities. He answered any and all questions I had during the sale and was able to put me at ease when I had any concerns. Ricardo helped me with logistics of packing my home and moving by providing boxes and information on storage and junk removal. Ricardo and his team handled all of the staging and prep work needed, as well as organizing contractors, landscapers, etc. the entire process was quick and went smoothly, and I sold my home for a higher amount than expected.

She is incredibly knowledgeable about the San Diego market as she grew up here and loves her city. Real estate is her passion and it’s obvious in her enthusiasm. She was relentless in getting our place sold for the price we wanted. She is also realistic and honest and will tell you what you need to hear. She is not about just getting the sale, she wants her clients to feel good about their decisions and transactions. So grateful we had her by our side throughout this entire process.

Ricardo Velarde was great to work with as a first time home buyer! He is very knowledgeable about the market and didn’t try to force us to settle as the market was very competitive for single dwelling homes. He always made himself available to me whether it was for the little details, open house tours and the whole financing process day or night. I really appreciate all the hard work and time he spent to make sure I was purchasing the home I wanted and to make sure all the contingencies were met ASAP in order to get my loan approved as well as having the owner accept my offer WITH credit for closing costs(which was incredible!). I am very glad I chose to work with Ricardo and would recommend him to everyone as he will always put his clients first. Thank you Ricardo!
