Ricardo was more than helpful in finding us our first home in San Diego. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Ricardo made the nightmare that is finding a home in San Diego a breeze! Not to mention we began looking for homes in mid December and closed early February. That almost sounds impossible in today's market, but with Ricardo's negotiation skills, made it possible. Ricardo was great! He helped us find a perfect home at a very challenging time in the market and helped us negotiate a great deal WITH closing cost credits back! Because of my work schedule I was only able to look at homes on the weekends and he was more than accommodating. He was always enthusiastic and positive throughout the entire process and was available when we had questions. He was able to guide us through the entire purchase and everything went very smoothly. As a first-time home buyer I really could not have asked for a better agent to represent me on this very important mile stone in my life.
