Evelyn is amazing! I happened to found Evelyn when someone posted about her via instagram. After contacting her via instagram and email we started our search for homes back in October and we thought of purchasing a new build at the time. She is very approachable, always positive, and a go getter type of girl. She works very hard to communicate with everyone and constantly updated me through every step. She would call/text me everyday to provide updates on our closing process when we finally found our home. Buying a home during the pandemic was relatively hard due to bidding wars especially because we were first time home buyers; however, she found us a pocket listing which is our dream home! Despite closing already, we have not been able to move into our home due to having tenants, but she has been actively communicating with us to make sure to have our water and sdge bill transferred over to our name when we move in June - always going the extra mile for clients! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Buying a house during COVID and living in another state wasn’t going to be an easy process, but Amanda always had the best plan for us to be able to do plenty in the couple of days we were in San Diego, with the appropriate COVID safety procedures, and even toured houses for us which we would see in video.
