As new home buyers we were in for a rough experience but with the help and encouragements from Angel we were able to get through it. Her professional approach and attention to detail helped us get past hurdles with ease even when things were going south Angel had a alternative plan in place to make sure we had all avenues covered to make sure we were able to purchase our new home. Coming from a family member Angel was the perfect fit for us and a God sent. Within a few hours of talking with Angel she was able to give us listings and show us what we were looking for. Her attention to detail in understanding our needs and concerns was incredible. Also her being able to work with the VA representative and help the process along was a great help to our buying experience Thank you for everything Angel

She seemed to have no time boundaries as we could call her anytime of the day to ask questions or seek clarifications and she was all the time polite with us. Highly recommend Evelyn with whatever your Real Estate needs are. She assisted us in selling our home and buying our replacement property. From start to finish we felt confident in her ability to gain us the top price for our home. The photos and 3d walk through of our home were absolutely gorgeous. Selling a home during the current COVID restrictions could've made it difficult but surprisingly the use of this wonderful app she set us up with, we were able to manage all of our showings with a click of a button at anytime on our phone, which I loved. We listed our home and got into contract in a matter of a few days. When it came to finding our replacement property, she always made herself available. It felt like we were her only clients (despite the fact that she had multiple concurrent transactions). Our search area was also broad and she was willing to accommodate our wild request to see homes pretty far from her normal area and always with such an upbeat attitude. Can't express enough how much we're grateful and appreciative to her. Highly highly recommend.

When I decided to sell my house I brought several Realtors to my house in order to get their input and review their proposals. I was honored to select and team up with Amanda on this important process. The reason I selected her was because she gave me the highest sale price (of course) but she also backed it up very professionally plus she reflected integrity, confidence and a sense that she would be on our side throughout the process. The other Realtors showed their own interests in selling the house regardless of fulfilling my highest interests. There was excellent communication during the process. She was always in compliance with all covid precautions and regulations for all pre approved prospects that toured the house. Buying a home is not a small task by no means. With Angel Ramirez by our side it was honestly easy for us, truly. She helped us the whole way not to mention this was during Covid-19 Pandemic. Here skills radiant through not only her smile but how she maneuvers through every task thrown her way. Our house was no small obstacle, in a time when workers are scarce, closing an escrow in 23 days. This woman made it work.
