Evelyn helped my wife and I purchase our first home. The first-time process can be difficult, but she helped get us resources to learn what we needed. With so much information to pick-up on some questions had to go back and forth between her and our lender but she helped keep communication open between all parties. When everything was closing and we were getting the new place sorted out we noticed that the sellers didn't clean the unit by the day before we were to move. Evelyn was kind enough to take it upon herself to clean the floors of the new place the morning of the move as we were loading, and she did a great job. All-in-all, if you're looking for a kind and attentive agent, Evelyn is a great choice for your next purchase or sale.

Evelyn is amazing! I happened to found Evelyn when someone posted about her via instagram. After contacting her via instagram and email we started our search for homes back in October and we thought of purchasing a new build at the time. She is very approachable, always positive, and a go getter type of girl. She works very hard to communicate with everyone and constantly updated me through every step. She would call/text me everyday to provide updates on our closing process when we finally found our home. Buying a home during the pandemic was relatively hard due to bidding wars especially because we were first time home buyers; however, she found us a pocket listing which is our dream home! Despite closing already, we have not been able to move into our home due to having tenants, but she has been actively communicating with us to make sure to have our water and sdge bill transferred over to our name when we move in June - always going the extra mile for clients! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!
