So incredibly grateful for Ricardo! He made this such an easy process. I’m a first time home buyer so it can be very scary but he made me so comfortable especially with all the million of questions I had. He was always there for me during the ups and downs of looking at homes and decision making. I’m so glad me and my family went with Ricardo. You hear horror stories of realtors not caring and just wanting to make a sale. Not the case for him at all! He truly cares for his clients. All the times I wanted to look at homes even the same home multiple times, he never made me feel bad or say no. Always there for us and I truly appreciate everything and will 10000% recommend him for anyone who is looking to purchase or sale their home. You’re in great hands!! He is super kind and friendly, you won’t regret it! Thanks again for being the best realtor/therapist ever! :)

Ricardo and his team did an amazing job throughout the entire home buying process. We had a very tight timeline to work with and Ricardo worked his magic and made it happen!

Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable and responsive as our real estate agent. As first time home buyers, we had so many questions and were nervous about such an important process and decision. Ricardo answered all questions and concerns we had and immediately put us at ease. He made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. His interpersonal and communication skills are superb. He took our dream vision and made it a reality. I can not stress how much work, time, and effort he put into our home search. He simply MADE IT HAPPEN. Ricardo has our highest recommendation. We just closed escrow last week and are ecstatic to move into our new home! We are very grateful and excited to continue to work with him in the future. Thank you Ricardo
