Trish is very knowledgeable and practical. She is a strategic thinker who is skilled in finding ways to solve the various challenges that invariably come up when buying/selling a home. What I appreciated most about her is that she is extremely organized and follows thru on any task she is working on.

Kevin is our go to real estate agent. He has helped us now through three transactions; two purchases and a sale. He negotiated a great price during our most recent purchase and worked hard to make sure we got the house with constant communication with the sellers agent. His ability to draft strong offers then build relationships will give you the advantage for your offer to be accepted. This was a tricky purchase for multiple reasons but there was no barrier we encountered that Kevin couldn’t help us overcome. We are so grateful that he helped us get our forever home!

Nancy was as my seller's agent for selling my condo and my buyer's agent for my new house. She was helpful during the whole process, answering my questions at each stage.
