I also enjoy landscaping and cooking, and my husband and I have fun getting together with family and friends for a big dinner at our house almost every week. While working with a new client in the real estate market, I like to hear what they are looking for in a home: what areas they prefer to live in, how many bedrooms and bathrooms they want, what price range, and how big of a yard is needed, as well as any "must haves" they desire in their new home. Amazing professional realtor

Cathy was there every step of the way. This was the third house we made an offer on. Cathy didn't slow down one bit. Even though we were both frustrated along the way. She never lost her sense of professionalism and willingness to help. I had so many questions as I was buying out of state. Always there for a phone call or an uplifting word. And I really appreciate all the work that she put into this sale, I'm very grateful to have her as my real estate agent, I will certainly use her in the future. Mary was a great guide through a confusing process!

Mary was there every step of the way and guided us through the process. She thought of things to help that we didn’t even know we needed. We have a bankruptcy in our past and had almost given up the idea of buying a house until much later. She negotiated with our lender, seller, and contractors to make our home something we love and can be proud of! Big hugs Mary!

Jennifer’s communication was seamless from start to finish, always keeping us informed while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. The suggestions she provided throughout the negotiation process were amazing and a nod toward the experience she possesses. Bonus: she’s quite handy and provided a lot of home DIY tips!
