I contacted Nathan Matwijec as soon as I knew I would be looking for a new home. The first appointment was in his office and was most helpful. Nathan has a knack for steering in the best direction. He had prepared a comprehensive display and together we used my information to get a good idea of where to look. He made a complicated process interesting, useful and even fun. That first meeting was so complete that the task of finding what I was interested in didn't take long and I was able to narrow things down quickly and avoided wasting time looking at properties that weren't suitable. Another aspect of this experience was the impressive way his office is set up. I felt like there were excellent people making sure everything was being handled properly and proceeding smoothly. I was very confident in Nathan throughout the process, and he has continued to help me with recommendations and great advice after the purchase was complete.
