From beginning to end, Mrs. Zilinsky was exceptional in her counsel and commitment to guiding us through the process of buying our new home. One of the things that made this process unique is that we were buying a new home and selling our current home. However, the sell of the current home has been postponed until renovations can be done. Julia has extensive knowledge of the 30A market and ties to the things that you need during the buying process. From inspections, insurance, mortgage, title help, interactions with the HOA management company, she handled it all! It made our buying process easy! Julia was (and is) exceptionally responsive and very detail oriented. My wife and I can easilly give her the "five star" rating!
