From beginning to end, Mrs. Zilinsky was exceptional in her counsel and commitment to guiding us through the process of buying our new home. One of the things that made this process unique is that we were buying a new home and selling our current home. However, the sell of the current home has been postponed until renovations can be done. The suggestions of Teresa have been helpful and we are now waiting to put the finishing touches on the house we are putting on the market. Teresa has been with us every step of the way. Bill was incredibly professional and knowledgeable partner to have help us purchase our first home. Before we began the process of house hunting we knew that finding the right realtor in this market would be crucial. Bill had an extensive amount of knowledge on the market and had relationships with a lot of individuals in the real estate field which helped with our search. Bill was attentive to our needs and listened to our likes and dislikes, providing properties that were worth taking the time to see instead of ones that did not match what we prioritized. He was professional and prompt with communication and negotiations. We genuinely felt that he had our best interest in mind and always advocated for us which is most important in a market where buyers can be pushed around by sellers. I could not imagine working with anyone else in in the future and could not have asked for a better experience buying our first home. Bill exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond in all areas of his job.
