Laura was great to work with from start to finish. We were navigating a particularly difficult time in our lives when we were trying to list. Laura made the process extremely easy and handled the vast majority of tasks needed to get the listing up within our timeline. Most notably, she has great contacts and her connections and reach within the area I believe was a major reason we were able to sell our house as quickly and close to ask as we did. My wife and I can't say enough about the experience we had with Laura and her team. We'll be using her for our next house sale in the coming years no doubt!

Purchasing a house for the first time is more than an adventure. So many questions, such as complex process. This is where Gabriele made us feel comfortable, answering every questions, addressing every concern, guiding us through all the maze and taking the time to show up the properties and talk us through the process, even on a week-end. Great communicator, good adviser and very responsible agent. Because of that everything was done properly , good documentation, great knowledge, respectful and made you feel like you know him for so long. As a conclusion i do recommend him for any issue/question/transaction related to real estate. He really cares.

From inspections, insurance, mortgage, title help, interactions with the HOA management company, she handled it all! It made our buying process easy!
