When we moved to Nashville more than six years ago, we first met Alex at an open house. We immediately knew he was the person we wanted to guide our search for a new place. Fast forward to this year, when we decided to sell our home, there was no hesitation to hand the job to Alex and Nathan. They are a fabulous team which we completely trusted to get our home sold. We use the word “team” because one or the other was always available to respond to our questions but also on-site to shepherd our open houses and viewing appointments. They were strong partners in strategizing and marketing. Most importantly, they were always immediately responsive to our communications creating a strong comfort level for us as sellers. We highly recommend them for their knowledge of the market, their laser-focus, and for just being some of the nicest southern gents we’ve ever met.

Julia has extensive knowledge of the 30A market and ties to the things that you need during the buying process. From inspections, insurance, mortgage, title help, interactions with the HOA management company, she handled it all! It made our buying process easy! Julia was (and is) exceptionally responsive and very detail oriented. My wife and I can easilly give her the "five star" rating!
