We did some suggested improvements and this is where his knowledge and skill set was invaluable. He got the bids, oversaw the work, verified the jobs were done, and kept me informed. Working with him on offers was just as easy. We discussed negotiation strategies and it was stress free. Finally, Robert handled inspections, repairs, and closing details. All I had to do was show up. I was thrilled with my choice of realtor.
