Chad was a great agent in all respects. He was very knowledgeable in what previous homes in the area sold for and gave me excellent advice on selling my home. 5 Stars across the board! Lory is very knowledgeable about the process for a VA loan. As a first time home buyer she was very VERY patient and handled all my questions well. She sent me daily updates via Email as new houses within my price range hit the market. We looked at 10 houses minimum and she never tried to give me the hard sales pitch. She worked with my lender when needed. She was polite, friendly and respectful of my military service. She was knowledgeable about the northern middle Tennessee area which was the area I was looking to buy. I closed on my home on 31 May 2017. She did everything in her power to assist me with some issues I had with the seller after moving into the house. I would highly recommend her for any vets seeking to buy a home.
