She advocated for my best interest and connected me with the providers and assistance I needed. She worked closely with my loan agent, attended showings & inspections with me. Literally was by my side the entire journey. When closing day came, we celebrated the completion together and she continues to assist me even after the ink dried!!!!

JD is easy to deal with and down to earth. He is carrying a very compassion about what he does. He’s not in it to oversell or try to get you into something that you don’t want to purchase and seems to look out for the people that he represents. Meeting Duane for the first few minutes I knew he would be our realtor. We've met others before but didn't match the overall energy level that Duane possessed with every communication and meeting. We were from out of state and got his name through a friend which raved about him. He answered calls and texts at almost any time of day or night ( had to let him sleep a little bit). He was a huge hit with our son and, even played with him. We have made a great new friend also. When I get my parents to move here Duane will be our go-to guy. I highly recommend him!

Sherrill is a wonderful person firstly, and a great real estate agent too. I called her morning, noon and night and she was always ready to help or give words of encouragement! She has lots of experience and it shows in the way she handles dealing with anything relating to buying or selling a home. If I choose to sell and buy elsewhere later on- I will call her first thing!
