This is my 2nd time working with Mr. Moreno both times has been a pleasure. Mr. Moreno is very patient and understanding going through the process from the beginning to the end. Mr. Moreno Sold a house for me that i thought would never sale using other Realtors. Mr. Moreno took over and Bam the house sold. So that's why I used him to Buy my new home. He again worked with me with Time and Patience. Until we found the right home with everything I was looking for. You will not be disappointed with Mr. Moreno. Also, Mr. Moreno helps with questions and suggestions Before and after. In this world now days that means a lot for someone to genuinely care and honest when trying to make decisions, you're not sure of or confused about. a few of the homes that I thought would work he showed me the flaws that would have been a disaster not having someone like Mr. Moreno with his experience and knowledge of the business. Pete is very knowledgeable and communicates very well. He is very professional and we have known Pete for quite a long time and trust him to always tell us the truth. He had our condo sold before it even went on the market! We will use Pete to sell any of our other properties when the time comes.

My wife and I have used Chad multiple times since 2021. We have sold 3 houses and bought 2 house with Chad. Meeting Duane for the first few minutes I knew he would be our realtor. We've met others before but didn't match the overall energy level that Duane possessed with every communication and meeting. We were from out of state and got his name through a friend which raved about him. He answered calls and texts at almost any time of day or night ( had to let him sleep a little bit). He was a huge hit with our son and, even played with him. We have made a great new friend also. When I get my parents to move here Duane will be our go-to guy. I highly recommend him!
