My name is Miguel Perez and I’m an affiliate broker with Synergy Realty Network in Brentwood, TN. I cover all of Middle Tennessee as well as its neighboring areas. I love being a realtor because at the core of my duties there is a heart to serve and be a blessing. Exemplary communicator, task oriented, dedicated focus and always puts customer first.

Very responsive via Text, email, voice mail, etc. she responds very quickly. She is quite thorough on follow ups, when she says she will do something you can bet it will be done. You do not have to track her down she will reach out an let you know where the task stands. Wendy is a very dedicated and knowedgeable person who is able to put complicated tasks into laymen terms so everyone can understand what is needed. Her Customer Service skills are superior. I will definitely seek her out to represent me with any future realty needs.

The Realtor everyone hopes to find!

Selling a home is stressful under the best of circumstances, but my realtor made the entire process so much easier. From the very beginning, David Fountain was knowledgeable, responsive, and always had my best interests at heart. What truly set them apart was how far they went beyond what I ever expected. They didn't just list my home, he and his team rolled up their sleeves and helped solve problems, coordinated details, and handled countless things behind the scenes to make sure my house sold quickly. Every challenge was met with a positive attitude and a solution. I always felt like I was their top priority. Professional, Compassionate, and Results-Driven from Day One

David was fantastic from start to finish. This was our first time selling a home and I can imagine what it would have been like had we worked with someone else. It is clear he is extremely knowledgeable in this field and even in the face of an uncertain market he walked with us to a sale that worked perfectly on our timeline. Not only is he a great realtor but also just a great human. Extremely kind. Understanding. Calm nerves when he needs to. And also speaks directly and with clarity.
