David was fantastic from start to finish. This was our first time selling a home and I can imagine what it would have been like had we worked with someone else. It is clear he is extremely knowledgeable in this field and even in the face of an uncertain market he walked with us to a sale that worked perfectly on our timeline. Not only is he a great realtor but also just a great human. Extremely kind. Understanding. Calm nerves when he needs to. And also speaks directly and with clarity. David and his team were excellent with guiding us through the sale of our first home. He managed every detail and made sure we understood the process from the start. He has all the right pieces in place so our listing got the most exposure to potential buyers. When our listing went live, we had 5 offers in the first 48 hours! I do believe this was due to David’s expertise with having the right pictures taken, a great staging company, and recommending things we could do to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. From listing to close, the whole process was less than a month. I will go back to David in the future for our next selling or purchasing experience. He truly is a great realtor and a fine person on top of that!
