Exemplary communicator, task oriented, dedicated focus and always puts customer first.
Very responsive via Text, email, voice mail, etc. she responds very quickly. She is quite thorough on follow ups, when she says she will do something you can bet it will be done. You do not have to track her down she will reach out an let you know where the task stands. Wendy is a very dedicated and knowedgeable person who is able to put complicated tasks into laymen terms so everyone can understand what is needed. Her Customer Service skills are superior. I will definitely seek her out to represent me with any future realty needs.

Professional, Compassionate, and Results-Driven from Day One
David was fantastic from start to finish. This was our first time selling a home and I can imagine what it would have been like had we worked with someone else. Vast knowledge of the market and a great person to work with.
David and his team were excellent with guiding us through the sale of our first home. He managed every detail and made sure we understood the process from the start. He has all the right pieces in place so our listing got the most exposure to potential buyers. When our listing went live, we had 5 offers in the first 48 hours! I do believe this was due to David’s expertise with having the right pictures taken, a great staging company, and recommending things we could do to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. From listing to close, the whole process was less than a month. I will go back to David in the future for our next selling or purchasing experience. He truly is a great realtor and a fine person on top of that!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with David as both our selling agent and our buying agent - he exceeded our expectations in both situations! He leveraged his community knowledge and experience to offer guidance on repairs and updates to complete prior to listing our home. He also provides multiple recommendations for specialists to handle the repairs. Following his recommendations, we had a highly populated open house during our listing weekend and received multiple competitive offers for our home! He continued to stay engaged throughout the sales process and made each step easy. As a buyers agent, he offered strong guidance on property values, offering strategy and negotiation. Ultimately we were happy with the home we purchased and feel we bought at a fair price. Goes above and beyond.
Our experience started with David sitting down with us and walking us through the entire process with him as our realtor. David went above and beyond as his “package” included our home being pressure washed, professionally cleaned, some landscaping spiffing up, and a “stager” to give tips to better show the property. We have bought and sold several homes and never have we had a realtor do these things. Obviously, David wanted to sell our home but he also valued and worked to accommodate our concerns.
