We couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home with David and his team. From the very beginning, David spent a lot of time with us explaining what we could do to maximize the value of our home while still positioning it to sell quickly. He had a clear strategy, and his team helped us execute it perfectly. The stager he brought in made a huge difference in how our home showed, and David went above and beyond by investing his own money in the “extras” that helped our listing stand out and get the traction it needed. Going into the process, we were honestly skeptical about how quickly our home would sell in a higher-interest-rate market. David confidently told us he thought we would sell the first weekend. At the time, we kind of smiled and internally thought that sounded a little optimistic. He was right. We ended up receiving multiple cash offers over asking price during our very first weekend on the market. The entire process after accepting an offer was just as impressive. David’s team coordinated everything through closing and made the experience incredibly seamless and low stress. What really puts our experience into perspective is seeing friends who listed their homes around the same time have very different experiences in the same market.
