I could not have had a better experience with another realtor. When we began viewing houses, we sprung and unexpected how we wanted to look at. Blake was very quick to make a call so that we could go see that house the same day. That evening we told him to submit an offer, and he was right on it. During the time leading up to closing, the title company that we started with was dragging their feet and Blake was able to get the closing moved to the Sellars closing company. We were able to close two weeks sooner than the original closing company wanted to close us. I cannot say enough about Blake’s professionalism, preparedness, and overall sincere willingness to want to make everything work for us.
