Fist worked with Kent three years ago and we had a deal fall through and it was heartbreaking. Decided to wait a couple years before getting back into the market. When we did, we got back in touch with Kent and like the first time around, he was all in and was there every step of the way. Anything we didn’t know, he found the answer. Anytime we came upon something questionable, he was steadfast in doing what was right and not always what was easy. We found Kent to be one of the best people we’ve ever met and the end result was a new home meant for us and our SUPER AGENT was right there the entire way. We love Kent and appreciate everything he has done to help us with the entire experience both times. Such an amazing person!!!

We were not the easiest clients as we gave her conflicting requirements, dropped out of negotiations several times and even changed our mind about moving several times. Took us about a year to finally find a place. Throughout our journey Patti remained cool and professional. Patti was great at holding our hands and giving us advice. She even prayed with us. We had not purchased a house for 30 years so much has changed. The only negative with Patti is it is really up to you to use internet resources to find the houses you want to see. Don't expect her to find you the house you describe to her. What she does to well is schedule showings and coordinating with the other agents. We were looking for house all across TN and had 4 different agents in different regions. All the agents knew this so they only had a 25% chance of landing a commission, but Patti still worked hard.

We love Dan! He was very helpful, attentive, and flexible. He was always upfront with inconveniences. He was willing to explain how things work in a way that felt real, like an insider perspective. He has a great sense of humor, and he was great host for our Open Houses. Will definitely use him again!
