We cannot recommend Kent Patterson enough! We started our home search over two years ago, and through every stage he was patient, thoughtful, flexible, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Even during showings with our kids, he was always kind and understanding. He consistently went above and beyond to help our family find the right home, and we are so grateful for all of his hard work and support throughout the process. Kent is a amazing guy with skill sets that are normally not seen in his field. He was very knowledgeable about the market and going in and fighting for us to get the best deal possible in negotiations. He stuck with us doing our search even when we had challenges he always reassured that eventually something will come together eventually and that type of attitude and personality is what makes him to me a great realtor.

Kent was so helpful in finding us the right home! We had several criteria that we needed to meet, and my husband and I had didn’t really know what we were doing since we’re first-time homebuyers. Kent guided us with every question, even the ones we didn’t think to ask. He hooked us up with an excellent home inspector. And he made sure that we felt non pressured and confident when picking the perfect home.

Fist worked with Kent three years ago and we had a deal fall through and it was heartbreaking. Decided to wait a couple years before getting back into the market. When we did, we got back in touch with Kent and like the first time around, he was all in and was there every step of the way. Anything we didn’t know, he found the answer. Anytime we came upon something questionable, he was steadfast in doing what was right and not always what was easy.
