This was our first time selling a home and Jennifer’s knowledge and expertise was spot on! We sold our home after 3 showings and got a full ask offer! She makes sure every detail is covered and is always available for questions you might have. Buying a new home can be a roller coaster but Jennifer helped us navigate the tough negotiations with ideas we didn’t even think of. She was a blessing to our family and we can’t thank her enough!

Gabby was great to work with overall. She was confident and knowledgeable in what to offer for our home purchase. She was helpful in working with us on costs to make sure we got our dream house. She was very organized with the houses we go to visit and doing it in a timely and efficient manner. Our 2 toddlers loved having her show us houses as well. She was very nice to them. One area I think she could improve upon is communication. Two things come to mind during our process. 1. There was an appliance that broke close to closing date where I received a text that didn't really provide context around the situation and when asked she was curt in her response for more detail. I called to discuss it and the response I received was basically "...well do you want the broken stove"? It was the end of the day, so I would give the benefit of the doubt and say she maybe had a long and/or bad day. 2. Was during closing, our mortgage broker came by to meet with us to congratulate us. He notified us that Gabby wasn't coming. It was a personal issue she had to attend to but it would have been nice to hear it from her.

Betsy Turnage was amazing from start to finish. She helped us price out home correctly, recommended great staging tips and even brought some of her own staging for us! She has impressive marketing strategy and sold our home quickly! She is not only a great communicator, she has great negotiation skills and very responsive! She has a very calming presence and helped our family get through a very stressful time as we were concurrently purchasing out of state as well. I can't say enough about Betsy, she is not only a fantastic realtor, but a good friend to our family!
